Our client is a leading manufacturer working in a niche industry and they wish to hire an Accounting Manager that will be responsible for all the back-office accounting functions of the company. 

Essential duties will include: - 

  • Balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and profit and loss statements. 

  • Compliance requirements related to appropriate documents, legislation etc. 

  • Resolving A/R and A/P issues. 

  • Fixed assets. 

  • Audit and Tax. 

  • Internal controls and policies. 

  • Capital expenditure. 

  • Answer technical accounting questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations. 

  • Process improvements.  

Job Requirements: - 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 

  • CPA 

  • Public Accounting background is a big plus 

  • 7+ years’ experience  

  • Manufacturing industry experience 

  • ERP systems experience 

  • Strong Excel skills
