Bilingual Accounting Administrator opening- temp to hire- Northwest Atlanta

Must be English/Spanish speaking

This position is temp to hire and pays $42K

Awesome benefits once you convert to a permanent employee--20 days  PTO, Healthcare - company covers about 75% of cost.


  • 1-2 yrs experience
  • Must have a general understanding of revenue and cost, as well as how to code an invoice
  • Candidates will be tested on Excel


  • Converse with Latin America customers and vendors on inquiries and account issues
  • Maintain Accounts Payable/Receivable files, coding invoices, reconciling vendor statements
  • Intercompany balances - tracking invoices and booking with correct rates 
  • Process employee expenses 
  • Monitor AR balances and generate monthly statements when deemed necessary
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts/collections
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies & replenish when necessary
  • Provide additional accounting and admin assistance as needed
