Our client is a market leader in their industry providing products and services to patients that have undergone surgery. They wish to hire a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer orders that are received by telephone, EDI or email. In addition, this role acts as the 1st tier of support for product knowledge, questions, and follow up regarding orders.

Essential daily duties will include:-

  • Monitor EDI Transmissions, system performance/process failures
  • Update manager with monthly shipping results
  • Provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries and concerns about products and services
  • Respond to inquiries/complaints by researching and evaluating pertinent information – offer suggestions for possible corrective action
  • Assist with Customer Care responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Experience in a Customer Service function
  • EDI experience is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Excel data management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build sustainable relationships (internal and external)
