Term: 3-6 month Contract-to-Hire
Location:  Atlanta, GA (Perimeter area)

  • Engage with customers as the central point of contact for customer success and satisfaction during the customer on-boarding lifecycle, working with and escalating customer requests to technical operations, professional services, product management, and account management resources on behalf of customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Work with Project Management during the implementation of new customers to ensure customer goals and strategic objectives are met
  • Ensure endangered accounts are being tracked and issues are resolved appropriately
  • Participate in kickoff and as key escalation resource during implementation cycle to resolve delays and issues and consistently communicate through the on-boarding lifecycle.
  • Be the primary contact for inbound communication from customers; responsible for relaying and escalating requests to appropriate groups and ensuring quick resolutions to problems
  • 3+ years in a related function with direct customer advocacy, and growing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Technical implementation experience or some Information Technology background (will liaise with IT, sales, marketing, customers) and ideally have worked with on-boarding customers for SaaS solultions.
  • Ability to build repeatable processes (customer on-boarding)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, other related fields
