Our client is a market leading professional services organization and they wish to hire a Director of Talent Management that will provide
leadership and oversee strategic direction for a full range of talent programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, professional development, compensation, benefits, performance management, policy development, legal compliance, and employee relations. 

Essential daily duties will include::-

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for selecting high-performing talent across the firm
  • Oversee staff on-boarding, ensuring new employees feel welcome and understand the firm’s values
  • Be an advocate for growing and developing all levels of staff, ensuring that required and relevant continuing education is completed
  • Ensure staff receive current and appropriate performance feedback and coaching
  • Build strong relationships across the firm, knowing the pulse of staff at all levels
  • Be a public champion for the firm’s culture and help drive it throughout the organization
  • Manage compensation and benefits strategies across the firm
  • Ensure the firm is consistently compliant with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
  • Mentor and develop Talent department staff
  • Develop enhanced status reporting and metrics reporting for Talent objectives and results
  • Work with the executive team to develop annual Talent budgets, and monitor expenditures to meet the desired objectives.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study
  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Management experience encompassing all facets of Talent Management, i.e. acquisition, development, compensation & benefits, compliance, employee engagement, culture etc., in a growth environment
  • 2+ years’ experience leading a Talent / HR function
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
  • Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Strong proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, HRIS, ATS, performance management)
  • Professional services industry experience is a strong plus
