Our client has a need for a temp to hire employee to begin work asap!
This position will provide support to the organization in monitoring our PTO Inquiries that require manual system adjustments.
Upon receipt of a request, resource will review and determine adjustments needed, will process adjustments and follow-up with requestor to confirm completion.
Help to establish and document processes for rollover of PTO and cashout option. This is the company's first year having rollover, the process needs to be documented and reports created.
Provide additional support with any report and analysis identified related to PTO.
Strong Excel skills
Working knowledge of configuring and managing PTO plans in an HR system
Ultimate or Ultipro system experience is a plus!
Knowledge of building business intelligence reports in HR system a plus
Experience in process documentation is a plus
