Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Systems Administrator in Payroll. In this role, you will need to have a true understanding of payroll systems. You need to have experience setting up earnings and deduction codes, handling payroll tasks, and troubleshooting system issues. It is important you understand how payroll is supposed to work so when something goes wrong, you can jump in and help. Additional duties include keeping things secure, building PTO plans, build benefits plans into the HRIS system. Audit Payroll and HR data for accuracy; develop queries and generate reports; provide training for team and users as needed.
- 3+ years' experience with Payroll modules within an HRIS system.
- Experience setting up earnings and deduction codes, handling payroll tasks, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Know the ins and outs of a payroll system (NOT just processing payroll).
- Preferences: UltiPro software; Bachelor's Degree.
