Stable company experiencing rapid growth has an immediate need for a hands-on IT Manager/Administrator.  In this role, you will manage a team of Support Engineers (Tiers 1 through 3), and you will serve as an escalation point for the Team Lead for complex user issues.  You must have recent experience troubleshooting complex issues and working in an Office 365 environment, working with Active Directory, administering VMWare, and truly understanding what it means to support a user base.  In addition to hands-on work, you will lead and manage your team, set expectations, establish policies, analyze business requirements to determine various departments tech needs, build relationships with vendors, train and mentor staff, assign tasks, perform reviews, and have overall responsibility for provide top notch service.  This is an exciting company offering competitive pay, yearly bonus, full benefits, and an excellent chance to grow with the company!


  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 7+ years' experience in complex IT administration- must have Office365 experience, Windows 10, VMware administration experience, Active Directory.
  • Experience managing/supervising a team (ideally 4 or more) is a must.
  • Hands-on in order to serve as an escalation point for the most complex issues. 
  • Natural leader who can work with little oversight, leads team with confidence.
  • Preferences: exposure to Azure.
