Growing and fast-paced company has an immediate need for a Lead Web Developer on a contract to perm basis.  In this full stack role, you will work in a collaborative environment, employing a work hard/play hard atmosphere with high expectations, as your work will be viewed/used by external users/customers.  You will lead a small Development team of 3-5 web developers, and you will spend the bulk of your day writing code alongside the team while leading and directing new tech projects/initiatives.  You should have a strong front end development background (CSS, JQuery, Javascript), Object Oriented Programming, and understanding the basics of SQL Server.  You should have experience with a primary coding language also, including C#, Java or PHP (PHP is preferred).  The team consists of  smart and motivated Developers that range from front end to full stack.  This is a great company to work for offering jeans every day, a developer-friendly and creative environment, full kitchen, flexible hours and one day work from home after initial ramp up time, and exciting sites to work on!


  • Must have true full stack experience.
  • 6+ years' development experience with a strong objected oriented foundation, including coding in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and an understanding of SQL Server and basic databases. 
  • Understands how to build out a back-end solution.
  • Preference for OO PHP experience, but any language can be acceptable as long as you have the skills on the front end.
  • Can manage technical projects and assisting the team to adapt to customer needs quickly.
  • 2+ years experience leading projects - can be in-direct leadership (true management experience is NOT required).
  • 1+ years' experience with RESTful API integrations.
  • Strong experience with responsive, mobile-first design.
  • Passionate about technology and keeping up with trends.
  • Preference: PHP; AEM - Adobe Experience Manager.
  • AWS.
  • Digital experience.
  • JIRA.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Exposure to C# is helpful.
