We are actively searching for a Helpdesk Support Lead to join our team in Midtown. You should have excellent troubleshooting skills, be able to find solutions, and work with vendors. This role will work with Technical Support on challenging or time-consuming support issues.   • 7+ years' Windows 10 support experience, can prepare and image computers, reset passwords in Active Directory, and assist users with MS Office issues.
  • Strong preference for Office365
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • General knowledge around DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, HP/Dell hardware, file server, and ideally mobile devices (Android / iOS).
  • Ability to function as a Lead (taking over the highest level of end-user ticket escalation)
  • Preference: Bachelor's Degree and Certifications
