We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to join a disruptive startup that has the backing of Fortune 500 leaders.  This is a direct-hire opportunity in the Perimeter area of Atlanta.  The ideal candidate is a Senior MuleSoft Developer able to perform most hands-on development and maintenance work for the middleware platform.  Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing MuleSoft API feature goals
  • Supporting the Technical Lead in defining tactical maintenance specs for the offshore MuleSoft development team and reviewing their work for quality and adherence to requirements.
  • API security, performance, stability.
  • Implementing process automation through point to point integrations and carefully applied microservices architecture.
  • Performing API maintenance / third level (senior) technical support when issues arise of complexity that requires senior resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of MuleSoft experience.MuleSoft AnyPoint platform (or Mule ESB), connector functions, flow, mocks, unit testing, best practices (comfortable working knowledge). Knowledge of Mule 4 is desired.
  • RAML (expert knowledge). Swagger experience also desired.
  • API versioning, management, telemetry, performance tuning and API documentation techniques (expert level understanding).
  • Able to review with the guidance of an Architect and implement presented Solution / Enterprise Architecture artifacts. Able to split implementation design into functional and non-functional user stories.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Agile/Scrum environment experience.
  • EDI/X12 is desired, but not required.
  • Jira and GitHub is preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of some server-side Frameworks supporting microservices is desired (Java EE, .NET C#, Ruby, node.js or similar.) Extra points for .NET C#.
