NetSuite Administrator

Location:  Perimeter, Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
The NetSuite Administrator will proactively lead system-related initiatives by collaborating internally with both Finance & Accounting and the business to understand requirements and translate into action. This role will work to ensure NetSuite functionality is optimized and that users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work within the NetSuite environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the NetSuite application for internal stakeholders
  • Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs of the business
  • Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
  • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to users, including training
  • Maintain proper system access for all roles
  • Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s, dashboards
  • Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity
  • Perform regular data audits and resolve issues identified
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom application extensions using system API and third party tools
  • Work directly with NetSuite or other Professional Services organization to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) NetSuite project
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration


The ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of hands on experience with NetSuite administration and implementations
  • Technical experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, NetSuite, SuiteCloud developer tools
  • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Strong spreadsheet and database management experience
  • Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Invoicing); Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment); and Support (Case Management)
  • 2+ years of experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration/analysis
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
