Our client is a leading Real Estate investment services organization and they wish to hire a Real Estate Operations/Office Manager that will undertake a number of key tasks including managing the transaction group, provide administrative support and improve processes for increased efficiency.

Essential daily duties will include:-

  • Manage transaction group
  • Review and improve processes where applicable
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist in the loan closing process from a support perspective
  • Support senior loan officers in the management of correspondent relationships, handling correspondent requests when Senior Loan Officer is unavailable.
  • Once a property is under contract, ensure all the communication with the attorneys is tracked and handled 
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle special projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have Real Estate experience
  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience supporting a Real Estate office as an Office or Operations Manager is a big plus
