Our client is a leading Real Estate investment services organization and they wish to hire a Real Estate Operations/Office Manager that will undertake a number of key tasks including managing the transaction group, provide administrative support and improve processes for increased efficiency.
Essential daily duties will include:-
- Manage transaction group
- Review and improve processes where applicable
- Provide administrative support
- Assist in the loan closing process from a support perspective
- Support senior loan officers in the management of correspondent relationships, handling correspondent requests when Senior Loan Officer is unavailable.
- Once a property is under contract, ensure all the communication with the attorneys is tracked and handled
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Handle special projects assigned by management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have Real Estate experience
- Strong Administrative experience
- Process improvement experience
- Experience supporting a Real Estate office as an Office or Operations Manager is a big plus
