We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for application support issues, responsible for identifying and triaging end user-reported issues for the Salesforce application. We offer a full range of benefits. Requirements are listed below:

  • 2+ years of recent experience configuring and managing Salesforce CRM
  • 2+ years analyzing, debugging, and correcting user-reported problems within software applications in a Help Desk environment
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including SOQL, SOSL, HTML, XML, and MS Visual Studio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equal years relevant work experience
The requested salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
