Our client is a global manufacturer of essential products and they wish to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance team involving heavy FP&A and will report to the VP of Finance.

REF: SFACorp

Essential daily duties will include:-

  • Serve as a key business partner, providing financial perspective and solid economic thinking that informs strategic direction and decision making
  • Provide informed analysis supporting performance and efficiency metrics, cost of capital, Senior Leadership presentations, Investor Relations, and M&A
  • Implement and institutionalize processes, reporting tools, and/or systems that effectively measure and report business performance
  • Serve as principal financial contact to corporate functional leaders of operations, procurement, human resources and other staff support functions, providing timely, insightful, and actionable analysis, both self-initiated and in response to specific requests
  • Develop and implement processes for forecasts and financial planning activities to ensure they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner
  • Coordinate the monthly rolling forecast, annual budget, and five-year plan processes, and provide meaningful and actionable insights and comparisons to prior year, targets, and external expectations; revisit the processes for improvement and streamlining to convey data and insights in a more meaningful way
  • Lead and continuously improve the process for consistent measure of capital efficiency, including creation of measures and reporting that drive company value
  • Provide detailed explanations of drivers of business performance vs. prior year, forecast, and budget, through analysis of change, ROIC, and other key measures
  • Partner with corporate accounting and others on occasional closing, SEC, SOX, tax, and disclosure needs

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4+ years’ experience
  • Proven track record of providing financial insight, analysis and advice on business decisions in a $300M+ organization or business unit.
  • Strong analytical skills along with a high degree of initiative and intellectual curiosity
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of business modeling
  • Ability to present analyses to stakeholders in individual and group settings
