Our client is a market leader in their industry providing essential products and services to consumers and companies and they wish to hire a Senior Manager of FP&A that will be responsible for the  management of the FP&A function and team. This role will manage the financial reporting process to include integrating the strategic planning process into the operation budget process.   

Essential duties will include: - 

  • Own annual budgeting / quarterly forecasting process including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, capex, cash flow, debt etc. 

  • Support monthly close processes by analyzing the figures and proposing adjustments 

  • Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and price analysis 

  • Actively participate in preparation of ad hoc business case analysis and special projects by creating thorough, insightful financial models and providing high quality analysis 

  • Manage direct reports to ensure timely and effective delivery of work across the team by setting expectations, prioritizing work, delivering feedback, and managing conflict as needed 

  • Monthly reporting and deliverables  

  • 5-year business plan 

  • Oversees and manages analysis and decision support reporting for the business. 

  • Prepares financial and business-related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments 

  • Drives continuous improvement in all processes including reporting, planning and forecasting 

  • Oversees the preparation of complex reports, graphs and charts of financial data 

  • Leads and develops a team of finance professionals in FP&A 

Job Requirements: - 

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant discipline, MBA preferred 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a related field 

  • Large company experience, multi-Billion 

  • CPA preferred. 

  • Big 4 experience preferred 

  • MBA 

  • ERP experience
