We are looking for a Tier II Support Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery Team. In this role, you will integrate and/or solve problems in environments rich in Windows Server, Exchange, VPNs, firewalls, and backup systems. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a desire to grow and develop professionally. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make your mark to help reshape this Service Team, this could be the role for you!

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience or combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewall
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
  • Certifications are a plus-MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+
  • Experience working in a MSP a plus
