We are a nationwide company, headquartered in Norcross, and looking for a Support Team Lead to join our growing Service Delivery Team. You will manage the activities and responsibilities of a portion of the Service Delivery Team made up of 5-10 employees. You will provide technical assistance, ensure service and support fr or customers/clients. The right person for this role is someone who is excited for a new challenge to help build and reshape the Service Desk Team.
- 6+ years’ relevant of professional IT support experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewall Support
- 4+ years’ experience supporting Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
- 4+ years’ experience in Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
- Certifications are a plus - MCSA, MCITP, CCNA, CNP, CCDA, VCP, Network+
