We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for recruiting, networking and building relationships within the technical staffing space. Ideally you will have built a strong IT talent pipeline as well as have the ability to combine proactive and reactive recruiting techniques for maximum effectiveness. You will be supported by some of the top Business Development Managers in the marketplace not to mention our extremely lucrative uncapped commission structure. - 2+ years of experience in a Technical Recruiting role preferably within the staffing industry.
- 2+ years of proven success building talent pipelines through networking, advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong experience with sourcing tools.
- Excellent presentation skills through phone and in-person.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
