We are looking for a strong Tier 2 Help Desk Support to join our team for a permanent role in the Alpharetta area. You will work with a team that supports both internal and external customers. You will support a variety of technologies including O365, Windows OS, Active Directory, hardware and printer support and much more. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior end user technical support experience and have proven customer service and troubleshooting skills. A strong understanding of networks is also desired. - 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk position providing support for 100+ internal and external customers
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Hardware for PCs, mobile devices, printers
- 3+ years of experience supporting Active Directory including Group Policy Management
- Experience with Office 365 Administration (User account setups, changes, modifications, permissions, SharePoint assistance)
- Experience supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 and Office 2016, O365 applications
- Knowledge of network infrastructure including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, is preferred.
- Mobile Device Management and mobile application deployment
- BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
