Customer Service Specialist

firstPRO 360 is assisting their client located in the Fulton Industrial/I20 area in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking two Customer Service Specialists with two or more years’ experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer, handling inbound inquires, order processing and supporting insides sales.

 Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist walk-in customers
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally
• Support inside sales and suggestive selling
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with warehouse and internal teams
• Document customer interactions and orders in company systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong computer skills and phone etiquette
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
