Allie Carroll graduated from Georgia State University in 2018 with a degree in English and started her recruiting career soon after. Since then, she has recruited in various verticals across the country from retail, to IT, and now accounting and finance with firstPRO 360. Her favorite part of recruiting is changing the lives of candidates, especially those who are struggling in their job search, and contributing to the client’s success by filling their roles with the perfect fit! In her free time, you’ll find her going on nature walks with her dog, Pippa, doing hot yoga, or cooking a big Sunday dinner for her family.
