Melanie Sobisch joined firstPRO 360 in 2021 as an Accounting and Finance recruiter. Having previous management experience and an innate desire to help and develop others, she quickly earned the position of Recruiting Manager for the Accounting and Finance Direct Hire team. Melanie began her recruiting career in 2018 and has a Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
