Neil Ellison

Neil Ellison joined FirstPRO in 1996 as a recruiting manager within the Skilled Trades division. After working with senior leadership in establishing new systems for business development, sourcing and recruiting, he took over the position of MIS Director in 1999 and then was promoted again to CIO in 2005. In 2010, Neil took over the position of COO and expanded his responsibilities to include all of FirstPRO’s operations. He works closely with all senior leadership to improve and expand FirstPRO’s service delivery throughout the organization.
In 2017 the firstPRO Atlanta Operation became part of Staffing 360 Solutions and Neil was named the President of FirstPRO Georgia. In 2020, Neil purchased the Atlanta operations from Staffing 360 and brought the ownership back to Atlanta as a private employee-owned business
