Paula Amerson is a well-rounded staffing professional with over 15 years of experience in recruiting, executive recruiting and sales in the staffing industry. She joined firstPRO 360 in July 2019 as a Sr. Recruiter and since then she has been promoted to Sr. Recruiter Lead. Paula is a passionate and energetic leader who mentors Jr. Recruiters on the Accounting/Finance contract team.
Before joining firstPRO 360, Paula spent 5 years working in high volume contact center recruiting, although she has previous experience recruiting in Accounting/Finance, IT and administrative arenas. She enjoys both direct hire and contract recruiting and finding the right match between the client and candidate.
