Senior Property Accountant

Our client, a growing residential property management firm, is looking for a skilled Senior Residential Property Accountant to support the financial operations of their property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property accounting experience who enjoys managing financials for residential assets.

Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Support audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years in property accounting or real estate finance
• Experience with accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
